The Anstett (Gilbert) Hall renovation project was the final segment of the Lillis Complex series of projects that began construction in 2001. The project involved complete demolition of the building interior followed by reconstruction to provide a safer, seismically upgraded building with renovated classrooms for use in the general university classroom pool and departmental office spaces. The building was rededicated in March 2011.
